Our company’s landscape architect, Eszter Gáll was a guest in a popular show throughout the Szeklerland. The host of the show, Tibor Bajkó hosts people every week who take an active role in the development of the region, contribute to the quality of life in the country with their valuable work, and engage in activities that can inspire society. The main goal of the show is to address issues and interesting topics affecting the residents of the region, and to provide viewers with useful information.
The discussion followed on a number of important topics, including the current direction of the relationship between the people of this area and nature, whether the impact of globalization is felt in smaller regions, and how we can preserve the unity between man and nature. The broadcast emphasized the issue of creating a sustainable and healthy future, as well as the role of landscape architecture and urban planning in the modern era.
Mental and physical health
Among other things, Eszter also pointed out why it is important for people to find harmony with nature and to find their origins, even in big city life, and how the presence or absence of nature influences our mental and physical health. Urbanization and modern lifestyle often push the proximity of nature into the background, even though its presence is essential for a healthy lifestyle. She also talked about what solutions exist for creating sustainable green spaces, and how the natural and built environment can be harmonized with the tools of landscape architecture. The role of urban parks, community spaces and green areas, especially green roofs, is particularly valued in the modern world, as they provide opportunities for recreation and strengthening community relations.

Landscape design – fine arts
During the show, viewers were also able to gain an insight into the interesting world of landscape design, learn what path leads to this profession, and what tasks a landscape architect performs. While the beauties of the profession were outlined, it was also revealed how landscape architecture is connected to fine arts and how artistic aesthetics can be discovered in the forms and lines of nature. During the conversation, Eszter also talked about her personal motivations: she was attracted to the beauty of nature and the possibility of creative activities even in her childhood. She found her profession in landscape architecture that combines art, design, and environmental awareness. She said that for her, nature is not just a workspace, but a kind of living space that must be protected and developed. Her commitment to the profession is also reflected in the fact that she always tries to find solutions that are not only aesthetically, but also ecologically and socially sustainable.
“Eszter Gáll is certainly a blessed person, as she uses her artistic talents to pursue a career that helps not only the present but also the future generations.”
